HOW TO REQUEST ACCESS
If you are a Medtronic employee or contractor with a Medtronic email address, you do NOT need to request access, you already have access. Log in using your regular Medtronic ID and password.
If you require access to Brand Central, you need to work with your Medtronic contact. They will have to request access on your behalf using the directions below:
- Go to the IT Service Now Portal.
- Log in.
- Click on "SEARCH THE CATALOG" above the search bar.
- Search "Brand" and the first result will lead to the request form.
- Fill out the form and then click "Order Now" in the upper right corner.
It will take 1-5 business days to process the request and provide access. Two emails will be sent to the external partner, with the Medtronic employee copied. One email will have a username and additional information, the other will provide a password.
